Roadmap to Teacher Wellness

As a passionate and energetic teacher for over 20 years,
I understand the teaching job in it’s entirety.
As educators, giving is second nature to us. Sometimes we end up giving so much that our mental, emotional and or physical health gives in. Our workload increases, students becoming more vocal (in more ways than one), we lose a sense of purpose and connection to the workplace, and either we call it quits or we hang in there till we retire.

We jump into teaching ‘full of beans’, but the reality is that 50% of teachers leave within 5 years. Something is missing here. As teachers we have not been taught the tools and strategies to find ease within the jobs challenges and strategies and tools to make our job a sustainable career.
We know our stuff, but that is not enough
in a profession that could require mental and emotional head space 24/7.
Switching off has to be a conscious decision.

Work with me and become empowered to regain control back of your
health and wellbeing.
